  5. Processing: Refund processed within 5-10 business days after inspection

Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Error (defective/wrong item): We provide prepaid return label
  • Customer Returns (size/fit/change of mind): Customer pays return shipping
  • Lost Returns: We recommend insured, trackable shipping methods

Refund Process

  • Timeline: 5-10 business days after approval
  • Method: Refunded to original payment method
  • Partial Refunds: May apply for items with signs of use or missing components
  • Non-Refundable: Original shipping charges (unless our error)
  • Restocking Fee: Up to 15% for certain product categories
