Pickgain provides reliable shipping services to customers across the United States. This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery times, and important delivery information.

Shipping Coverage

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii, plus US territories and military APO/FPO addresses. We do not currently offer international shipping outside the US.

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping (8-12 business days): Most economical option for non-urgent orders

Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: 1-3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Peak Season: 3-5 business days during high-demand periods
  • Custom/Special Orders: 5-10 business days for items requiring special handling
  • Supplier Processing: Additional time may be required for items from international suppliers

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method
  • Destination location
  • Current carrier rates

We offer free standard shipping promotions for orders over specified amounts. Multiple items may ship separately from different suppliers.

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you'll receive:

  • Separate tracking for multiple shipments when applicable

Delivery Procedures

  • Signature Required: High-value items ($200+) require signature confirmation
  • Safe Delivery: Standard deliveries left in secure locations when no one is available
  • Complete Address Required: Include apartment/suite numbers and business names
  • Failed Delivery: Packages held at carrier facility for 5-10 days before return

  • Holiday Shipping: Extended delivery times during major holidays
  • Weather Delays: Possible delays due to severe weather conditions
  • Customs Processing: International sourcing may cause occasional delays

Customer Responsibilities
